Nick Gaydos Even though this album is described as a collection of tracks spanning years, you would never know it.

XiNNiW's collective memory decay is as cohesive as one that might have been written in one session.

It's a pleasure to listen to - from four on the floor, heavy bass drum bangers like "entrant" to subtle and delicate ambient pieces like "xinniw, neumic - remains." Favorite track: entrant.

about

this collection of tracks was first started in 2016. i can't remember why i started most of them. context fades over time, and is changed by frequent remembering. what started this? was is something i dreamt about? was it something you said? where was this supposed to go? what is this supposed to mean? these things go away, slowly by slowly. what remains is the feeling of them, dispersed like magnetic rust.
